After four years of development, SFS Performance finally released hoses manufactured on our unique and revolutionary automated system, in two continents! To showcase our world-leading capabilities we simultaneously exhibited at the SEMA show in Las Vegas and the Professional Motorsport World Expo in Cologne, Germany.

Exhibiting at two exhibitions on two different continents is expensive, but we are so confidant that our products are now far superior to any other hoses produced world wide, that we felt it was important to present our new hoses to the global market. We were in-undated with positive comments on our quality, and we are very proud to be manufacturing a world class product in the UK.

The long development process was embarked upon, so that we could ensure that SFS Performance could continue to deliver the best quality hoses and give the best service to our customers. We were aware that low quality, cheap, Chinese and Indian imports were coming in to the market, and we had to address the price differential. Our customers still want to buy quality products, made from premium materials, so we knew we had to reduce manufacturing costs. Some of our competitors have decided to produce gimmicky products, or sell the cheap imports, but at SFS Performance we have concentrated on the most important thing – manufacturing excellence.

Not every hose can be manufactured with our new system, but for the ones that can there are the following benefits:

Unlike other manufacturers we only use premium grade silicone rubber through-out the hose, and do not use cheaper compounds on the inside to cut costs.

All hoses meet or exceed SAEJ20R1 Class A.

To ensure that SFS hoses keep their vibrant colours, and to help prevent fade, we use the most expensive pigments available.

We manufacture all our hoses in our factory in Luton, ensuring we have total control of all aspects of quality. Some competitors are selling Chinese or Indian made hoses branded with their own logos. These might be cheap but are not produced to the strict quality that we work to. SFS Performance has ISO9001: 2008 accreditation.
